Viewing Assets

  1. From the All Assets tab in the sidebar, you can see a list of all your assets.
  2. Use the columns button (beside the search bar on the right) to filter what data you want to view in this table.
  3. You can use the search bar to look for specific assets.
  4. To filter your list and/or search (eg. by location, user, or any other field), click Filters, choose your search criteria, then click Search.
  5. To clear your filters, click Clear.
  6. You can save custom views and filters that you use regularly using the tab system.
    1. To create a new tab, click the plus sign next to 'All Assets'. Enter the name for your new view, and click and drag to reorder the columns, then click Save. Click on the new tab to access it.
    2. Any search filters you set on this tab will stay there for future use unless you clear them.
    3. You can show/hide columns by clicking the column symbol on the far right, just above the table.
    4. To reorder the columns or delete your tab, click the pencil icon next to the tab name.
  7. You can view (eye icon), edit (pencil icon), or delete (trash can icon) any assets you find here.
  8. When viewing an asset, select the History tab to view the asset’s edit and stocktake history.
  9. To export your asset data to an Excel spreadsheet, click the Export button at the top right of the All Assets page. The file will appear for download in your notifications at the top right when ready.

Recycle Bin

From the Recycle Bin tab on the sidebar, you can see all assets, locations, categories, asset groups, asset types, and users that have been deleted in the past 14 days. Click the red arrow on each asset record to restore individual records; or select checkboxes for multiple records and click the Bulk Restore button to restore more than one record at a time.
