Below are brief instructions on setting up the printer. For

include how-to videos on loading the labels and ribbon, as well as print and
RFID calibration.
Setting up your RFID printer
Follow these steps to setup your RFID printer. First,
download Zebra
Setup Utilities.
Install by USB
- Plug
the printer in and connect the USB cable to your machine
- Open
Zebra setup utilites - the printer should automatically install
Setting up as a network printer
Setting up a text printer
- To
use a printer with RFID Asset, you need to setup a printer with the
Generic Text Only drivers

- Load
the roll of labels
- Load
the ribbon
- For
on-metal labels, make sure the media sensor (green light) is lined up with
the liner between labels
- Complete
